Description
This easy turkey pinwheels recipe features a creamy ranch spread, savory deli turkey, and fresh veggies wrapped inside a tight tortilla.
Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 pound thin deli turkey slices
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
1 cup fresh baby spinach, chopped
Instructions
1. Mix the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, red bell peppers, and green onions in a bowl until smooth.
2. Spread the mixture evenly across the entire surface of each flour tortilla right up to the edges.
3. Layer the deli turkey slices and chopped spinach evenly over the cream cheese spread.
4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log, wrap securely in plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
5. Slice the chilled logs into 1-inch rounds using a sharp serrated knife and serve immediately.
Notes
Always dry your chopped vegetables thoroughly to prevent sogginess. Keep wrapped in plastic until slicing.
