Strawberries
Bananas
Blueberries
Mango chunks
Spinach (optional)
Chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and dry fruit
2. Cut into chunks
3. Divide into freezer bags
4. Label each bag
5. Freeze flat
6. Blend with liquid when ready
Notes
Do not add liquid before freezing
Use within 3 months
