Ingredients

2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

1/4 cup sugar

3 tbsp butter

1 egg

3 cups flour

1 tsp salt


Instructions

1. Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar and let sit until foamy

3. Gradually add flour to form a soft dough

4. Knead until smooth

6. Shape into rolls and place in pan
