Ingredients
Scale
1 cup warm milk
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp butter
1 egg
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar and let sit until foamy
2. Add butter, egg, and salt and mix well
3. Gradually add flour to form a soft dough
4. Knead until smooth
5. Let dough rest for 15 minutes
6. Shape into rolls and place in pan
7. Let rise until puffy
8. Bake at 375°F until golden brown
9. Brush with butter and serve
