Crispy air fryer zucchini made with simple ingredients for a quick and healthy side dish.
Ingredients
Scale
2 medium zucchini
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
2 tbsp parmesan (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and slice zucchini.
2. Salt and rest for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
3. Toss with oil and seasonings.
4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
5. Arrange in a single layer.
6. Cook 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.
7. Add extra time if needed.
8. Serve immediately.
Notes
Dry zucchini well.
Do not overcrowd.
